At Basta Eldersburg, hospitality isn’t just something we talk about it’s something we live every day.

Owners John Livaditis and Ilias Vassilaras or as all of you know him Louie built the restaurant around a simple idea: create a place where great food, warm service, and genuine hospitality come together so guests feel like part of the family.

From the beginning, our vision was never just about opening another restaurant. It was about creating a gathering place for the community somewhere families celebrate birthdays, couples enjoy date nights, and friends meet over a great meal after a long day.

For both of us the details matter. From generous portions and fresh ingredients to the welcoming atmosphere guests feel the moment they walk through the door, everything is created to make people feel comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of.

Over the years, Basta Eldersburg has become more than a restaurant – it’s become a place where memories are made. Seeing familiar faces return week after week, watching families grow up dining here, and being part of so many celebrations is what makes the work truly meaningful.
